Those moments do go a ways to making up for some of the other stuff.

It's amazing how much dust gets kicked up and ends up in your eyes at those times, isn't it?

Yes, it is. It's 1 of the moments I'll always remember! He was 1 of the old school good guys. Would give praise/credit when it was due but didn't take any sh!t either.

I have to have their special sauce though. Claim to fame, my friend Travis's (some of y'all have met him) uncle created that sauce for our local store. His uncle was the owner. Corporate realized how much of a hit it was & he sold the recipe to them so now the Chic Fil A sauce is available at all their locations

Another 'feel good story' with food. My Mom and Dad went to a really small sushi place in their neighborhood 35 years ago? The owner, Kenny, and my folks got to be friends. My Mom suggested a dressing for their salad (it was a sesame/ginger) and he liked it. They still serve it on their salads.

Btw...I love CFA. Before Covid, I have a friend that we would go to cfa for lunch and would stay for hours catching up. The staff would come refill our drinks and just let us sit.

Never went to a Chick filet even though there is one near me.
