Day off today from the real job. Went to the gym this morning, stopped by the brewery to pick up a new Stout they released today (Gone Squatchin.. fantastic name). Working a hockey game tonight.
Looks like we got another big storm heading our way Monday.. Weather Channel calling for 4-8" right now.
The good news is I booked my Fort Myers Beach trip at the end of March.
Haven’t you seen the latest news about pushing no visitors to Florida ????
I haven't seen that. Not that it matters as I plan my trip to the sunshine state...

Really cute to watch the 2 beagles run around chasing & biting at each other for no particular reason...
While I'm chilling on the couch with Lucy. We're watching them like 'why, but whateve', lol!

It's Friday and for those of us in government employ we get a 3-day weekend. Tuesday the Courthouse will reopen to the public (again). We'll see how that goes. Lots of changes since the last time that happened - one of which is 2 courtrooms have been "redecorated" in
COVID 19 decor as we plan to start civil and criminal jury trials on March 1.
Today is what you make it folks -- try to make it great for yourself and others around you.
What is that? Safety posters and such?
Plexiglass everywhere. Moving of all juror chairs (which were permanently affixed to the carpeted floor of the jury box), taking out benches for spectators and putting in individual chairs. Etc.
Ugh.
I hate that this has happened. I don't like change.
You hang out in many courtrooms, Molly?
Well....actually.....
Nope.
Been called a few times, served once.
But I have aged out so no more letters....I hope, for me.

Good COLD evening.. It's 6 degrees. E had to work today at their plant in Greeley, CO - 90 minutes to the north of us. He left at 5:30 am, and got home at 7:39 pm. And the warehouse isn't heated. My day was better than his, but still crazy busy at work.
For various reasons, our plans for tomorrow/Sunday have changed. Gonna have a very cold window visit with Mom, if we are able (because of the weather).
Looking forward to our Sunday dinner out at "Bonefish Grill". My boss knows I love the place, so he's given me gift cards for various things, so our whole meal is almost covered.
Off to snooze land... G'night.
