I don't know what's different about it but Nashville is supposed to be famous for their hot chicken. I've had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich at the Yard House in Las Vegas and I liked it. . Going back to work tomorrow and I got a call from the doctor that did my Cath and I'm scheduled for a CT scan and consultation next Thursday. The consultation will be to schedule the valve replacement and determine if the procedure will be done via open heart surgery or a TAVR. So I got that going for me, which is nice....

I use them too, for smaller fish. The big ones weigh 8 to 14 ounces.
