Morning, peeps.
Only a couple of weeks until spring but we have wind chill temps this morning -15 in Limeville.
Pup still wants a full walk, which will not be happening.
Stay warm and dry y'all!
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...

Good Morning Nancy and everyone else!
Holy moly -- it's been so windy here. It's trash today here at Ringville so there is litter/recylcing blowing all over the neighborhood that no one will pick up. It will take its way into the cul-de-sac at the end of our street where it will lay and decay. (until I go pick it up). Last time this happened over a period of a few weeks I grabbed a clear 55 gal trash bag and went on what we and the grandsons call an "outdoor adventure". The bag was 3/4 full. I took a picture and emailed it to all 39 homeowners and said -- can't we all just pick up the trash, even if it doesn't belong to us? Crickets.......

Good morning Linda and Nancy. We had the winds last night.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning BN. Cold here also, low 50's this morning and only getting up to around 60 after several days in the 70's. And lots of rain today.

Good morning boys and girls!!
Not windy here - mid 50's, which feels much warmer with the sunshine.
Getting a new windshield today. Love the rocks that cars kick up.. NOT!! One ding grew into three 'fingerlings' across the windshield.
Off to that work place. Hopefully today is a little less insanely busy.
Stay warm, in place, and dry.

Good morning. We had 3 consecutive days with temperatures in the 70s with a high of 78 yesterday. It's 50 this morning. At least it isn't raining.

Good afternoon folks. Linda, I know exactly what you mean. Close to 50 mile gusts last night so those with at least
a half a brain waited until this morning to put out their recycling bins. I put ours out this morning and as I walked up
the street to put out my stepdaughter's, I picked up wind blown debris along the way.
Who's got the rum?

I visited FL last week, masks were very hit or miss. That was both customers & employees...

At breakfast at the village diner, 6 out of 7 patrons entering had no mask. I can't get vaccinated soon enough.

Pfizer vaccine #1 in the books.
Was done at one of the local hospitals. The irony of it all was that the staging area where we waited was the most crowded area I've been in since last March
Over 150 people there in a semi-circle auditorium that seated about that many. With people trying to keep a seat or 2 between strangers it led to maybe 30 or so people standing along the outer walls. After what seemed like a few minor unorganized looking hiccups in the beginning things got rolling & went smooth after that. I was number 41 so in by 7:30....out by a little after 9:00
Enjoy your day gang!

'Limited capacity' was not a thing in Siesta Key last week. Patrons could sit at the bar & many places we went to seemed to be at full capacity.
