Cut the grass yesterday, and trimmed all of the palm tree's....I hate trimming them as they are very pointy and bite.

Good morning. Ten days ago we had 3 consecutive days with temperatures in the 70s, with a high of 78. When I woke up this morning it was below freezing.

you already have grass to cut? We've still got patches of snow ......but no worries -- our HOA cuts our grass so it's all good.
