Twelve Volt TUESDAY@ the MSC

Post by bodypainter »

Good morning BN. I used to be a twelve man, but now I'm twenty four volts.
My new boat's electric motor takes two batteries in a 24 volt wiring.
My wife has a battery storage case for all small batteries.
The boat floats today. Have a good one.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good Morning Bill. Always heard bigger is better. Or was that, it's not the size of the battery, it's the amount of the charge?
Good luck on the boat today.
Happy Tuesday to all the BN'ers, another day closer to Spring ahead this weekend. Enjoy!

Good morning Bill and Ken!

Lots of batteries AND cords in the house! :o New phones we got this weekend don't have the same charging plugs as our old ones.. so lots of new cords.

Nice day again today, but looking like a lot of snow this weekend.

Off to that work place. Have a real good Tuesday!

Good morning BN. 70's and sunny again. I need to figure a way to get my new boat motor from the garage to the boat, it's 115 pounds and too heavy for to me to get it to the boat and swapped out with the old motor. The boat is in the water making it difficult without a couple of young weight lifters. I'm missing out on some good sailing weather.

Prep day today for the C procedure tomorrow....ugh.

Morning All,

It's not yet 6:30AM here and I have been logged on to work for about an hour. I've pretty much cleared my slate. :o

We are at the pointy end of a big project that is way behind schedule, yet because management can't, well, manage I am not being fed the amount of work I need to crunch through.

I keep warning them that if they don't give me the work now, and flood me right at the death, I will simply revert to working my set hours and will miss the deadline, by a long way.

I am a bit jealous.

Still can't get out for a walk with my sprained ankle. It's getting better but it wouldn't take much to set it back to where it was. So I guess I'll wait. I had to go out to the pathologist yesterday which showed that driving (its my clutch foot) and stairs are still an issue :)

The forecast here has been rain and storms every day for the past few days which I was happy about as it meant it limited the opportunity to get out but the predicted rain has been less than forthcoming adding to the frustration...

Surely the promise of fishing and free beer would be enough to enlist four men, stout and true...
