Makes me so mad. We did our part but politicians don't care.
But 1c can start getting vaccines. Those over 50 and 16 with health issues.

But one assisted living has 23 cases with everyone having shots. Wonder what varient it is.
Btw...Houston area has all the varients.

Our governor made an appearance at our newly opened vaccine center here in Lancaster which CAN vaccinate 6,000 people a day. Today they did 500 as a “soft” opening. They have 1,000 doses for tomorrow.

IF we could get the number of doses that can be administered at this facility our entire county could be vaccinated in 100 days.

The governor says he can’t control how many doses can get here but he thinks we have a wonderful setup.

It looks like a long road is ahead for us.

Texas Atty General wants to sue Austin. Of course. Austin isn't opening 100% with no masks.
Good grief.

Late (for some) post - I've researched the Texas mask opening.. Most all business/facilities are still requiring masks. What changes is that you can no longer be arrested for not wearing one.

I just hope that all the smaller businesses/restaurants/shops can recover from their closures. We know so many of them that will never recover from being closed.

Off to the couch to watch Avalanche hockey, then time for bed.
