I forgot about this yesterday - besides being my birthday, it was the 21st anniversary of my first Buffett road trip. He did a show in Las Vegas on my birthday in 2000 and that was the first time I traveled out of NY for a concert.

Don't be shocked but I am up, dressed and ready yo go out the door.
I told Ryan that I would go to Kroger with him. It sounded like such a good idea last night.

We had a big, loud, quick moving storm last night with some tiny hail. More is due today...gotta get shopping done before it starts again.

My 50th high school reunion was supposed to be last September, for obvious reasons it was cancelled. I just got an email from the reunion committee saying it's been tentatively rescheduled for October 2. I'm so there. But just like I had planned for last year, I have to make sure to take pictures of my law school diploma and the certificate from when I was admitted to the NY bar. I don't think anyone I went to high school with will believe I was a lawyer.

I survived the trip to Kroger. I hate wearing a mask. I do it but I hate it. I get nauseous wearing one very long. And I am a sweaty mess.
Oh well. At least I got out.

I think the whole mask thing, whether you agree with it or not, isn't going away any time soon. Even after this thing is over, I think the majority of people will wear them in certain instances.

I agree with wearing masks (even if our Gov does not) but I just can't wear them very long. It is my fault. I should have gone out more.

I had to go for my 2nd vaccine earlier this afternoon. On the way there, I was stopped at a red light and the car in front of me had a bumper sticker - I'M SO GAY I CAN'T EVEN DRIVE STRAIGHT

I didn't think we would have to wear underware this long.

we dont have much going on these days - even in comparison to Jan & Feb. Once we got Kevin's surgery scheduled we pretty much decided we should hunker down even more -- no sense setting either of us up for illness of any kind. Including the common cold. So our excitement for this weekend will be putting together my raised veggie bed and maybe dragging a few bags of mulch around to dump on our small flower beds. Then -- nothing .
