Good morning BN!

This is the theme at Ringville today :D

Kevin is feeling amazingly well. He is pain free walking which is the opposite of pre-surgery. He feels the pain when he lays too long. Again the opposite of pre-surgery. So, he will definitely be moving towards the recommended 10,000 steps per day (I’m usually over that #).

At 4 am he was awake so we both came downstairs. I dozed on the couch while he sat in “his” chair and read.

Anyway....it looks like we’ve got a few days of beautiful weather so we can enjoy our new decks !

What does everyone else have have going on.

Good morning Linda and Deb!! :D

I'm SO VERY glad Kevin is doing so well!!! Lots of PT and rest!!

Anticipating rain this afternoon, and snow again overnight. Could be around 8". But looking at my FB memories, we had snow on this day 10 years ago, so it's not unusual.

Off to that work place!

Morning Linda, Deb, Penny, Michi & BN.

Great news Linda, continued good thoughts for both of you!!

Got all of the laundry done & put away yesterday. Today I need to get our paperwork together so our tax guy can get it done. Yes, I'm a procrastinator :-?. Maybe the pups will get a bath later... Right now, I'm taking it easy & enjoying my coffee.

Happy Take it Easy Tues y'all!

My oldest daughter and the kids left to go back to NY yesterday. Today the youngest daughter is working from here. I am tired of walking in circles around the house so I decided to clean up my kitchen! I set my timer and took my time and I made sure to not lift anything over 10 lbs but I feel so much better because I actually accomplished something tangible! Tomorrow I'm going to tackle making dinner!

Glad to hear that Kevin is doing well! 💪💪💪

Wow. Jeannette and I were heading out to look at a new truck. Came upon a three vehicle accident at the highway. 2 SUV's and a pickup
hauling a boat. Boat landed on top of one of the SUV's. I directed traffic until fire, ambulance, and police arrived. Jaws of life were
used to free people from both SUV's. Appears there were no fatalities. Didn't feel like car shopping after that. :pirate:

Dr was about an hour late but I would rather him be late and take the time to talk than rushing through.

My BP has been running high. He changed the dosage. Will keep track and go back in 6 weeks.

Gee.
I love getting older.

Big John just out here taking care of business. [smilie=coolup.gif] Hugs and phin power for continued speedy recoveries, Tammy and Lunkhead.

I am off work for a whole bunch of days. My sisters are coming for a visit and it's the first time in decades that we have all been together. Like since my brother's wedding in the 90s. :o

Evening BN.

I grilled marinated chicken, asparagus & corn on the cob for dinner. So yummy!
Think I'll have a beer or 2 now 8)

Evening all! I went with Pork Chops and Asparagus on the grill. And a beer or two. :D

Got my 2nd vaccine dose this afternoon. No side effects yet. Pinched a little more than the first one did but the pharmacy tech was cute so I toughed it out.

Well, that too.
But this BP has to do with hearts and brains. 🤪
I suggested upping my dosage and he thought it was a good idea. I could have phoned that visit in. Lol. I am sure he is going to get rich from my $15 copay. 😂

Glad to hear surgery people are recovering so well!!!❤❤❤❤
