Good morning John, Nancy and Ron. It's a beautiful day in coastal Carolina but I won't be enjoying it until later. I have 4 days worth of laundry plus I changed the sheets this morning so that probably means 2 loads.

Afternoon BN.
Although slightly overcast, it's a lovely 80° here. Got our tax paperwork done, pups got a bath & brownies are baking in the oven to take to my aunt's for an afternoon cookout. I shall have a cocktail & soak up some sun until it's time to leave
Happy Sun y'all!

Not much else on my agenda....just finishing up my exercises.
It's a beautiful day here

good afternoon everybody.
I've been going pretty much non-stop since 6:30 when the patient got out of bed. He's now back in bed so I have a few minutes to visit.
But, I think I shall sneak a cold (alcoholic) beverage while he naps. I will be very, very quiet heading down the steps to the keg

I should have stayed in bed.
The Astros lost.
Every car I was rooting for in Atlanta lost.

I'm having a Danish mead called Viking Blod. I'm glad the bottle has a twist off cap and is resealable and I poured it into one of my beer festival sample size glasses. It's good but it's also 19% ABV.

Is Danish mead like American mead?
Thought I would like it but I've tried a few & haven't liked them.

You have nice/quiet carpeted steps...
or so I've heard
How is the patient doing?
