That offer fell through and our agent asked Bryan if we wanted to put our offer back on the table. He said yes and it was accepted. Our youngest daughter and her husband are buying our house and we closed on the sale yesterday evening.
Our new place is smaller and we're going to make some upgrades a little at a time, but it's in a private community called Apple Valley. There's a big lake, beaches, pools and lots of things for the grandkids to do! We're going to see if we can get a slip so the new SIL can dock his pontoon boat at the lake so it will be more convenient than hauling it every time he wants to go boating.
