Keep us posted. We may make a return visit to our friends down there. And to you too. :D

I just tapped one of our 5 O’Clock Brewery beers. Belgian blonde ale.

G'day All from Château de la Rabz.

Still busy busy busy.

Finally have the joint shipshape and squared away. A damb lot of work I tells ya!

The photographer is due today and the first 'open house' is this coming Saturday.

The real estate market has been going nuts here for the past few months, but in typical style, it has gone off the boil the last couple of weeks. In any case the die has been cast and things are in motion. We are in the settlement period for the new house in South Australia (I think it is called escrow in the US). Now we just need to sell here to find out just how much we will have in the kitty to pay off the new house and maybe buy a second (investment) place in the Barossa Valley.

I will be glad when all this crap is done with...

That is awesome, congratulations! Gulf side/Marco Island?

I just started counting retirement in months (24). I know that is still a while but it sounds better than 104 weeks or two years.

Hello. Now I have to figure out how to change my password.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I'm in the same boat as you are! Need to collect boxes so I can start packing. We are scheduled to close on the new house by the 28th. And the youngest daughter (who bought our house) is getting ready to rip out the ancient carpet upstairs....

Hi there! My friend's small boat has a home made casting deck in the back with no pedestal fishing seat, so I brought a folding stool. I forgot about it when he ran the big motor and when we stopped.....

no folding stool.

It's on the bottom of the bay.

Good news though, my knee feels better.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Hi E

Another great JB show. Was hoping for Somewhere over China but nope.

Watching Astros play Oakland again.

And it is starting to thunder again. Tornadic activity in Katy...across Houston from us.

Hello, and goodnight, BN! All 4 appointments went well, and I made it to them all on time. 🙂
But they were exhausting to drive to four different places, including a new doc to replace the doc I've been going to since 1978!!
Off to the couch with E, and bed soon.
Hugs and sleep sweet.
