Thanks, it's taken a bunch of work to get it to where it is...

The outdoor kitchen is the thing I will miss the most.

We use the grill at least four or five times a week, year round (when I say "we" I meant "I"). In fact I've just come in from cooking bacon & eggs as it's early Sunday morning here. Unfortunately the grill and it's accoutrements are too heavy and too bulky to move, so it will stay behind. I will need to save my pennies and lash out on a new one once we get settled in the new place.

As for the well lit spaces, as I get older too much light is never a problem
