yay Bill for nothing to do (sometimes that's the best kind of day)
booo Tammy -- hope you have strength to get through the day and can then relax after work.
it's cloudy with a chance of rain -- YAY -- our ground really needs a heavy drink
I've got a really busy work day filled with lots of visits from attorneys in both civil and criminal cases.
Tomorrow we start an 8-day criminal Homicide trial. That's it's own kind of craziness.

Good morning. Our quarterly HOA meeting is this afternoon, I don't know if I'm going. Maybe I'll go to World of Beer instead, I haven't been there in 3 weeks and it's $5 burger Monday.

Good afternoon. It's raining. We need it. Started cooking burgers on the gas grill last night and the propane ran out.

Storming here. Not raining at drag strip so they are getting so side by side runs done.

Well, the race is finally over. Probably not the worse race but not great. It did quit raining in Baytown but the track was still crap. There were cars taking advantage of the full track. They usually go down the middle of the lanes.
Anyway. On to the next.

Gosh, one of our state capitals, Melbourne Victoria, has detected a covid outbreak outside of quarantine. They have been pretty much covid free for a few months after months and months of rolling lockdowns and restrictions.
So far their government hasn't gone all draconian and started to enforce lockdowns, but depending on the result of the genome testing they may yet see more restrictions.
I guess this ain't over yet.

Hi there! I watched a young eagle flying at tree level as it travelled upriver, then spotted a small bird dive bombing him as he flew.
Rabz, It's tough to hear of your country's troubles. We have too many here refusing the vaccine for a variety of reasons, all stupid. A couple we know were hit hard with the virus two weeks ago. I have NO sympathy fotr them!
