I drove by my buddy's camp today. I hadn't seen him for almost 2 years. He lived life large,had 13 joint surgeries, smoked, drank and had diabetes. His phone calls two summers ago made me think he was drinking heavily during the week. His speech was slurred. He was diagnosed with ALS. The last time we talked was a year ago in March. I learned he passed away.

Life is short, let's make the most of it.

Do we have any BN realtors? Anecdotally we're hearing that listings are flying through, with bidding wars, and selling for more than asking.

Bummer for sure, Rabz, but you have a very nice property, sure it will be in contract again in no time.

A woman is in the clubhouse bar after playing golf alone on a Saturday. She over hears 3 guys talking about how much they missed the friend, who was their 4th player every Saturday, as he just passed away a day earlier. She approached them and gave them her sympathy about it, and asked if they would not mind her joining them next Saturday. None of them really wanted such, but being nice, they said sure. “But, we do start at 7:00 AM sharp” said one of the. She agreed, but also stated that she “may be 15 minutes late”.

The following Saturday, there she was at 7:00 AM sharp standing on the first tee. She proceed to kick their butts. After golf, they were again in the clubhouse bar having a beer, and she indicated about how much fun she had. She then proceeded to ask if she could again join them next week. Reluctantly they agreed, but indicated that next week they would be teeing off at 6:30 AM sharp, hoping that the earlier tee time would not be suitable to her. She again indicates that she will be there, but again “I may be 15 minutes late.

The next Saturday, there she is, 6:30 AM sharp. Ready to go. This time she plays left handed and again kicks their butts. After golf they are again in the clubhouse bar and one guy asks her, “You played right handed last week, and kick our butts. This week you played left handed and kicked our butts. What gives?”

She said that it was very easy. She indicated that her husband slept naked. When she wakes up, if “It” is hanging to the right, she plays right handed. If “It” is hanging to the left, she plays left handed. One asked her, “What if it was standing straight up ?”. She replied, “Then I would be 15 minutes late”…

With that...............GOOD NIGHT EVERYBODY.............WILL BE HERE ALL WEEK..........
