I'm going back to Lowe's this morning to look at the granite options again and also see if it can be installed before freaking Thanksgiving

. We found a beautiful slab yesterday but if I can find one at Lowe's that will suffice at 20.00 less a sq ft then we'll try our best to learn to love it. 1000.00 is nothing to sneeze at.

After Lowe's, I'm going to rehab and then I have a doctor's appointment at 3:30....

Busy morning and no time to stop before I left for work.

Then at 9:00, one of my 'bosses' calls me - someone's last day is tomorrow, and he forgot to get lunch and a cake.

Call Jason's Deli. Yes, they can deliver 50 sandwich boxes by 11:00 am. Then I drive to a local grocery store to get two cakes. He owes me big time.

At least I got to snag a sandwich box before they were all gone.

I'm having lunch at Old Chicago. The TV in front of me at the bar has one of the many cable sports channels on and they're showing bowling. One of the bowlers is Tom Smallwood. He should change his name.

Little Feat announced a mini tour on the east coast. Yes. I want to drive in NY/NJ/etc in the winter...not.
They will also be in FL in Jan. Not sure what we are going to do.....

Got a call back from a moving company! Yay! We are on the schedule for August 3rd. We have ordered the granite countertops and there are more cabinets being delivered from Ikea tomorrow evening! Things are finally moving forward!
