I tell my doctor that I've already checked with Dr. Bing and Dr. Google and now I'm seeing him for a third opinion.....
I should probably keep my mouth shut, sometimes I think he uses a bigger needle than is really necessary. :-?

Not gated. "Private". Which just means we pay annual POA fees and only property owners can utilize the amenities...lake access, pools, beaches, etc. Anyone can drive around.
