Yikes. We’ve been with the Pennsylvanian State Employees Credit Union since 1982. We have all of our accounts with them and have used them for our mortgage/car loans credit cards, etc Our daughter Bridget and son Brandon both have accounts there as well. Day was busy off and on today. And people were stupid.
The bank that I've used for 15 years (TCF) was bought out by Huntington Bank - and all of my account numbers are changing. Savings, checking, debit card. I pay ALL of my bills with the checking and debit card. I had to pay some bills early tonight, as the change takes effect on the 12th. After that date, I can obtain my new numbers, including the routing number on my checking account, so I can change the payment info on a zillion different things. What a PITA.
