I feel an hour younger this morning since I gained that hour during the night (If only).

We are still sorting and purging all the stuff we had in our basement storage area that we pulled out from the water damage. But, it feels good to do that. It seems you never realize how much you accumulate until it's all spread out in front of you in piles, on tables, and on tarps. Our trash folks will work hard for their money at 110 Cascade Court on Tuesday morning.
Good morning Linda. We had a hot tub leak hundreds of gallons on an enclosed porch floor. The floor had to be rebuilt and we haven't used the tub since.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
Crisp and sunny in Limeville today, yard work is the order of the day. Later we'll meet sister and BIL in town for dinner and then eventually settle in to watch some football.

Hope your insurance will at least help with some of it. Good opportunity to purge/donate, too.

Good morning. The rain finally stopped but the temperature is only in the low 50s, it's windy and damp and we have a high surf advisory and a coastal flood warning. I think I'll stay indoors and do laundry.
Bryan made pancakes and eggs for breakfast. I'm doing laundry, going to the grocery, pharmacy and odd lots (for curtains for the spare bedrooms) in a little bit...Rx won't be ready until 1:00, so I have some time to be lazy.
Well, the new curtains are ironed and hung. Now to make Alfredo sauce for our dinner.
Bryan is in contact with our "handy man" and they are going to come help Bryan hang the rest of the kitchen cabinets this Friday!
The bedding for the 2 spare rooms is scheduled for delivery Tuesday and Wednesday, so next weekend will be spent getting the rooms ready for the kids to come! And unpacking the rest of the kitchen stuff! I'm beyond excited
Turned out to be a surprisingly nice afternoon here on the Gulf Coast, with temperatures reaching 73 degrees. Wife made me go with her shopping in Pensacola, but at least I got a trip to World of Beers out of it.....
Back at the homestead after 1 week in KW. So looking forward to those overnight lows in the 30’s instead of mid 70’s
A stop today at the office to prep & email some papers for a client, some yard mowing done & some laundry churning in the machine now. Oops, buzzer just went off!
At least I didn’t have to watch the Lions lose today
