Good Morning all
Here we go............ready or not here it comes.
The final week it's cool to listen to your Christmas Island & Tis the Season CD's Ok, I'm not strict about that kind of thing so it's allowed through the end of the year IMO.
For those that embrace Christmas music what's the drop dead date on it being ok to play it?
Enjoy your 22nd day of December everybody!
Corona by day, Corona by night, any old time is just alright!
Good morning. They're going to have a chilly day for the Myrtle Beach Bowl at CCU's stadium today, it's only 39 degrees now and the forecast is for a high of only 50 this afternoon. But it could be worse, the game could be tomorrow when we're supposed to have about an inch of rain. 🌧
Here's my take on Christmas music - I'm not a big fan but if people like it, listen to it whenever you want. Listen in July, I don't care.
Hello from Ringville where it was a chilly 21 this morning.
Somehow I just realized last night that "we" did not have an equal number of $$ spent on each of our adult children. I say "we" since PA Parrot only cares to know what "we" actually bought everyone......2 of the 3 items left on Amazon Wish Lists that I purchased now won't be delivered until after Christmas.....my fault....so, I printed out the image and it will be wrapped in a box.

I had that a lot in my childhood. Many things ordered from catalogs didn't arrive on time, so Mom always wrapped a picture of it. Never felt cheated out of anything.
Another 'warm' day for December. It's currently sunny and 60!!
Super busy this morning to close Payroll, and now I'm covering the front desk for the last 3.5 hours of my day. Yuck.
And Christmas music? I prefer 2-3 days before Christmas, and Christmas Day (for a few hours), then I'm done!
I figured since it is Christmas week I feel generous. I shall offer free saliva tests for the Rockettes to determine if they have covid. Also I will check for STDs on NFL cheerleaders. Merry Christmas.
When tickets went on sale for the bowl game, I was thinking of going. I'm glad thinking of going was all I did. The temperature is in the mid 40s and it's windy and damp. I wouldn't want to be at a football game for 3 hours, even if it is being played on the "surf turf."

Ken - hope you're feeling better?
Much better thank you!!

I can deal with those kind of conditions if it's a big game (Low 30's & light snow for the Michigan/O$U game was beautiful for me). But for your MB bowl game, yeah, I'd be finding something else to do with those kind of conditions. Of course if CCU was playing tix could have been a tough pull, otherwise I'm sure tix were verrrry plentiful today.....

It is with a heavy heart that I report that Santa has passed away. Rumor has it the tooth fairy pulled his tube out.

One of the best games I was at was a PA state high school championship game. It went into overtime during a heavy snowstorm.
Brother Frank and I were smoking cigars up in the stands because we figured the security guards were not going to want to walk
all the way up to where we were to make us put them out. After the game Frank had about three inches of snow sitting on the
brim of his hat.

Did she at least leave him a quarter?
Now that is warranted at least a reply..... ......which I can provided if required...

There were a lot of tickets available and I think the cheap seats were $30 or $35. But Tulsa and Old Dominion are 2 teams I know nothing about and they both have 6-6 records so it's not like I'd be seeing good teams playing. Going to a bowl game used to be a reward for having a good season, now it's college football's version of a participation trophy.
