The whole weekend is grey and sleety. Cold, wet, and miserable weather - I wish it would just snow. We're just hanging around the house. Indoor chores, football, maybe do some work paperwork.

It's 70 degrees and sunny. It's supposed to be 75 tomorrow but with as much as 2 inches of rain, then down to the 40s Monday. I'll have to wear pants.

Wife was feeling better this morning, and even went for a walk.

She started taking down the inside Christmas stuff, while I went to the store. When I returned she was back in bed and said that she over-did it and feels rotten again.


On a better note, my neighbor told me got gas yesterday for $1.59. I asked him where and responded, "Taco Bell".

I worked at a small rink as a kid. Hard ice can make skates slip sideways more than soft ice.

Don't they have padding to protect against that?
