I really don't feel like pushing out, ready to get on with it. And if I did push out who knows if COVID won't be a problem then anyway? The colleague called me this afternoon and we had a phone consult, I'm going for it.

Go with your gut. For what it's worth, I think going forward with it is the way to go. (((Lime)))

Don't cook it (unless on a cheeseburger, which I also avoid - (I know, I am wierd). Cheese on pizza, or anything else melted just isn't for me.....

Just in slices however......DO NOT MELT IT.......just a piece of swiss of cheese is wonderful.. Do not put it on any food. Ruins the experience.

My youngest daughter and I have these memories of going to a local pizza joint, ordering a pizza loaded with toppings and no cheese........they always looked as us funny (Imagine that). But the pizza was wonderful!

White cheese with holes is Swiss. So you like cheese, just not melted cheese....I make pretty good cheese balls...swiss, cheddar and a spicy cheddar jalapeno. At least my family likes them!
