I'm going to have to replenish my beer supply, the Hurricanes have 2 games over the weekend and I only have 4 beers left in the fridge. Now that I'm retired I don't like to shop on weekends so today's the beer shopping day.

Shoveled that white stuff at our house and the stepdaughter's. Then I put on a pot of chili.

So far this New Year seems an awful lot like the last couple of years.. just awful!

Not much going on here. It is only 45°. Records were set yesterday. Such weird weather. I have lost so much weight that I had to try on jeans a few days ago to see if I have anything that fits.
Finally found a few pairs.

We had crazy wind & rain and then snow in December and now we're back to crazy wind & rain. Our house faces to the south and we get hammered when the weather comes from that direction. Massive snowfall in the mountains; all east-west mountain passes are closed until next week. Snowpack is at 125% of normal and its only Jan 7.
I complained about the heat and drought last summer, so now I gotta keep my complaints to my self.

Thanks,..........I didn't intend to lose this much but it happened.

I finally got my cardiologist appt. April 8!!!
Was hoping for much earlier in the year.
Now trying to decide to go to Jamaica.

Super busy at the shop...5 funerals today and 4 tomorrow. There was just a dusting of snow this morning but it started coming down hard about 4:30 and it's still falling and it's bitter cold
I'm working tomorrow too, but hopefully we'll be done around 2:00.

My middle daughter (the nurse) has tested positive for COVID. She's been fever free for 24 hours and is starting to feel less achy.

Aloha peeps. Followed gut and advice and went ahead with scheduled procedure, glad it's over. And no sign of cancer in the lymph nodes so no radiation needed.

We followed the snowstorm right out of Boston today all the way home. Hunkering down with a blanket by the fire while Mr. Lime wrangles something for dinner.

Molly, Jamaica sounds like a plan. Show off that new figure.

I don't see any painting.....all I see is eye's....

On a better note. Wife was tested again today, and even though she still isn't feeling 100%, she tested negative. Still keeping a distance just to make sure. She is also regaining the smell and taste thing..
