Don't Worry bout a thing FRIDAY @ the MSC

Good Morning Gang!
As I listen to Radio Margaritaville this morning I'm inspired by Mr. Marley singing "this is my message to you"......
Of course reality is we do have our worries, but at the very least we need to remember to try and make an effort to
not sweat the small stuff.
It's really not worth it.
Happy Friday all

Good morning BN, Ken, and Tammy!
Cold one this morning, but the sun is shining and ready to melt some more of the snow we had yesterday.
Late evening celebrating the retirement of one of E's co-workers. Ready to go back to sleep!!

Good morning. Last weekend we had freezing rain, sleet and ice. This weekend we're supposed to have snow, but only 1/2 inch. I can deal with that.

Anywhere from half a foot to a foot forecast of snow for here tonight into tomorrow.
Would have been fun if I was in hospital then I could have said haha I'm here nice and warm. But noooooo. Snow and cold while home but becomes 50 and rains when I go in. I knew I should of not stop going to church in 1977.

My weekend too but we're on the line between 1-2 & 2-4 inches. That being said, idiots can't drive on a sunny day so, yay

I think it was the second year I lived here, we had a forecast of 3-5 inches of snow one day. One of my neighbors was another former Long Islander. He asked me if I was worried about the weather. I told him I could drive in 5 inches of snow, he could probably drive in 5 inches of snow. I was worried about everybody else, most of them can't drive on dry roads.

We had a threat of a dusting of snow about 10 years ago. Never happened but schools were closed for 2 days.

When there's snow in the forecast, or freezing rain like last week, they always close the schools here. I can understand it, they don't have snow plows. It would be a waste of money to have them for the one time every 10 years you might have to use them. Last week there were no in person classes Friday but they had school anyway, remotely.

Before long, "snow days" will become obsolete! Poor kids ...

Hi there! We talked our morning waitress out of driving to NYC today. Her drive, at beast, would have been a white knuckle ride.

We could get WINTERY MIX tomorrow.

Depends on test results and how we both feel. We both have medical problems that we are dealing with.
I did get a rollator yesterday. We might fight over it...maybe should have ordered 2.
