Good almost afternoon. It's only in the 40s today but it's supposed to be low 60s tomorrow and near 70 Thursday and Friday.

I went to Chick-fil-A for the first time ever today, I wasn't impressed. The chicken sandwich was nothing special and the fries were soggy and limp, not crispy like they should be. The best part of the meal was the peppermint chip milkshake, it was delicious.

Today was the coldest 70 degrees that I have ever played golf in. Two layers. Wind is blowing from the east but feels way cold.

Since we aren't in Jamaica, Larry ordered jerk chicken.
Was it good? YES
Are we at the beach? Not even close
But it raining here and there.
But I would rather be standing in the rain listening to music and seeing the sand and water.....

Hi there! I called in a reservation for Parrotfest and dealt with a lovely woman I had trouble understanding. I agreed to a rewards program that switched to a high-pressure salesman pushing resorts. I thought it was harmless till he a credit card to hold "A GREAT DEAL".
I passed.

Went to the beer store this evening. Was able to pick up a keg of Mango Cart from the Golden Road Brewery. Wife said that I can't hook it up until all of the Purple Haze is gone.....Drinking many Purple Haze's tonight and toasting Moogy

When they opened the first Chick-fil-A up here in the Upper LH Corner, the populace went wild and the cars were lined up for several blocks. About two years later I made my first visit and thought meh.... I'm not sure what all the fuss was about.

First night away from home.
The Queen had to work yesterday. (I've been on vacation since Friday afternoon. )

Was a very long day. Left home at 10:00am. Had lunch and adult beverages. Boarded flight at 2:00pm. Flight was one of the smoothest I've ever had. And 25 minutes early. But our suitcases were the last off. Went to get our rental car, and we had two separate people in front of us who had issues. Between both of them they took 30 minutes. E's transaction took 3 minutes. Picked up our booze order, then to the hotel. E was hungry, so he ordered a pizza.

And it's 19 degrees and snowing at home.
