I was just checking the TV listings, The Firm is on the Sundance Channel so I can see Sunny Jim for a couple of minutes. To Have And Have Not is on TCM. I've never seen it but it has Bogie & Bacall.

We're off to visit Mom, a few errands afterwards, then out to brunch. Back home to pack for a week's stay at my sister's house to doggie sit. They are heading to Hawaii for twice postponed trip.

The Avalanche have a game today, so that's the sporting event we'll be tuning into.

Zero interest in the Super Bowl, except hoping Von Miller has a good game. And the halftime show?

Aloha, peeps. Light snow here, supposed to hit harder a little later in the afternoon.

We just finished up breakfast salads (aka bloody marys). Now we're just hanging around, playing with the dog. Neighbor friends are coming by later for game time snacks, Mr. Lime is making all sorts of seafood tapas plates.

My newest son-in-law is a lifetime Bengals fan. Last night I gave him a La Flor Dominicana cigar.
It's the same kind Joe Burrow smokes as a victory cigar.

We are just heading up to our golf club, as we paid $25 per person for free beer and appetizers.....no matter who wins the game, our club looses on this one against me drinking $25 worth of beer....I will have that won before the national anthem is sung....they continue to do this as they get so many people that come and leave early, or simply don't show up. I guess it all evens up for them. At least the bartender knows she is getting a big tip from the handful of us which will abuse the system.

We keep a list of “movies to watch” in our family room side table drawer. Every time someone says “you have to watch this, or you would love this” we write it down. We’re too old to remember much of anything.

No I haven't, I didn't know they made a movie about it. I'm going to watch To Have And Have Not, then maybe I'll watch Casablanca again, I have it saved on my DVR. Bogie and Bacall followed by Bogie and Bergman.
