It was 80 degrees on my drive home yesterday - supposed to be low 70's today, then rain/snow.. And snowing off/on all weekend. Hello Sybil!

E's got a work function today/tonight/part of tomorrow - and I get to go with him for the evening portion, dinner/drinks, stay in nice Hilton. YEY!!

Work is work..

How can you go from 70's to snow?


Beautiful day here today. Grass is needing cutting already.

Looking forward to Happy Hour this evening. Having it at a neighbor, but everybody is bringing a food dish. Wife just came home with 10 pounds of crawfish which just needs to be heated up on the grill. She was only going to get about 7 pounds, but figured that I will eat 3 pounds while warming them up.

I am not a brain sucker however. She does, but just the look into that part and thought makes me say no.

Good afternoon all. I took a 1/2 day vacation yesterday and am off today as well. Back to help my friend with more purging sorting organizing. I think we’re up to 30 hours by now. Will go back on Sunday which may be the last time since she’s been cleared to return to work on Monday.

Glad we scored concert tickets in 15 minutes this morning. Made my day start off good.

When I was walking in the park today, a woman on a bicycle passed me. She had a bright yellow basket on the handlebars. There was a little dog in the basket and he was wearing sunglasses.

Just finished prepping.....two pounds per tin foil wrapper.......that was a 2 1/2 beer prep job.....the cooking will begin shortly, along with the sampling..

I was just looking. I will be in Savannah, GA in early April, but that looks to still be some distance from Myrtle Beach....

The dog was wearing sunglasses.

I've never been to Savannah, I think it's about 200 miles from here.

I didn't think it was really that close.

No brains for me either. I hear you can't even tell with all the boil spices, it tastes like the rest - but I just can't.

Happy to have gotten tickets to a show. Not our most favorite venue anymore but it's a show and we get to hang with some great BN & other PHs.

I think I'll have a beer as I get ready to watch the hockey game.

The NHL announced more info about next year's Stadium Series game. The Hurricanes will play the Washington Capitals Feb. 18 at Carter-Finley Stadium (North Carolina State University's football stadium) in Raleigh. It's next season so obviously tickets aren't on sale yet but I want to go to that game.
