Good evening all. Spent most of yesterday pounding down many beers and a shot or two at an Irish bar in Harrisburg.
This morning brother Chris and I went golfing. Started out foggy and @50 and by the time we were done
it was sunny and mid 70's. :pirate:
Who's got the rum?

Kids... ugh!
Youngest she-keet [smilie=battingeyes.gif] (lives in SF) was going to Phoenix this weekend to attend a wedding, then going to England next week on a business trip, then coming home for the weekend, then back to SF, then down to LA the next weekend to be in a wedding. I say was going 'cuz her fiancé Matt tested positive for COVID yesterday and all plans are up in the air.
Eldest she-keet [smilie=battingeyes.gif] (also in SF) called last night, she stepped in a hole in the sidewalk and hurt her foot. Sister couldn't help her (see above) so she had to Uber to the ER at 11:00 at night to find out that she had broken 3 metatarsals in her right foot. Walking cast for the undetermined future; no driving for her, good thing she works from home.

They are half Irish.... there was no luck o' the Irish for them yesterday, I guess their Norwegian half is dominant.

Hi there! Great reading everyone's day. I went fishing after tim e at a friend's mother's funeral. I wore old sneakers and my feet hurt. They won't get any older.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

I have had a crazy few days...my big guy Beacon apparently has a slightly enlarged heart. He's twitching and breathing heavy and after 2 appointments and about 800.00 worth of tests the next step is an appointment with a canine cardiologist which starts at a minimum of 700.00. We have decided to wait and see how the meds help before we schedule a cardiac work up. He's on a fairly inexpensive medicine 💊twice a day and if necessary the next medication he could need will be approximately 150.00 a month IF we can even source it....you know what with the supply chain issues and such.🙄

Bryan's appointment with the neurologist was "unremarkable". He was diagnosed with very early stage Cervical Dystonia. Right now he's decided to not begin the Botox treatments at this point.

Work has been a freaking zoo. Bryan's Dad is home from the hospital now and had been for about a week now.We are going to finally go see him tomorrow!
