We've still got the shivers here in Southcentral PA. High should be mid-40's.

Today is National Mom & Pop Business Day....it's so sad to see many of these businesses going away.

National Mom and Pop Business Owners Day honors all small business owners each year on March 29th.

Small businesses are a vital part of the United States economy, and the critical role they play is sometimes overlooked. Consumers can show them their much-deserved appreciation by shopping locally and at small businesses.

Our horrible interstate snow squall pileup made the new York post. Not a good thing.

Low 80's and sunny yesterday, 75 now and looking for low 80's again. Humidity is low so it doesn't get much better.

The Hurricanes have a woman who hosts the pregame show and does interviews between periods. Between the 2nd and 3rd periods last night she was interviewing a player who hasn't scored a lot of goals lately, but he's been getting a lot of assists. She asked him how he's able to set up his teammates to score so many goals. I loved his answer. "I don't know. I give them the puck, they score."

Hi there! I'm close with my only nephew. His twin senior boys have swum competitively since childhood. One qualified for the YMCA nationals in the 500-meter freestyle. They head to N. Carolina tomorrow for the swim meet.

I ran errands before and after my appointment with the new doctor. So far so good I think this switch is going to work out well. Bryan goes next week to get established as well.

Chicken Scallopini will be had for dinner here in the Valley. Chicken is prepped and pounded. I'm sipping on a margarita.

I have a 30 minute internal meeting at 9:00 AM, a 45 minute external meeting at 10:30 AM and then a flight at 7:00 PM.....between 11:30 AM and about 3:00 PM, I will be reporting from Hooters in Tulsa, OK. Unless I can find a Twins Peaks, have to research that.

I was born in OK and lived in Tulsa after we got married but don't know much about Tulsa

Another boring day of recovery. Took one good long walk this morning. Rain/snow/wind blew in. We'll try for the two a day tomorrow. E stopped by our storage unit today and pick up the shower bench, so I was able to take a half shower which felt great!!

Time to try and get some sleep.
