Good Morning BN'ers!
Today will be ordering materials to redo the deck. Good news is it's a project that's needed to get done & now the ball is finally rolling. The bad news is the $$$$ spent for said project will be crazy & the fun ticket money is taking a hit.
Enjoy your day everyone!

Good morning, Ken. My deck has areas 37 years old. I hope to never have to replace those sections. I built it and don't want do that again.

Good morning Ken and Bill.
Today is going to be an interesting day. A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment to donate platelets at 11:00 this morning, which means I won't be home until about 2:00 this afternoon. I'm also expecting a delivery from UPS and the confirmation email they sent me the other day said I have to sign for it. The last time I had a delivery from UPS it didn't get here until almost 4:30. I'm hoping it'll be late again today.

I'm getting ready to go for my test, I've been studying for the last couple of days.
MsMolly... did you glow in the dark afterward?
Edit: As I was leaving, I told MrsSPH I was going for my test and she said "tomorrow's test?"
Crap, that means another 24 hours with no coffee!
I can't remember if short term memory loss is one of my problems...

The Red Cross was really busy today, you'd think they were giving something away instead of sticking needles in people's arms.

Oh no!!!
Drink all you hold today!!!
Glow in the dark? Probably. I didn't check. The isotope test was the quickest. All the other took the most time. That and waiting. At least they let me eat after the isotope shot.

Got back from Walmart. Had a list and got home with 5 things.
Ryan dropped me off at home and got $50 at Kroger. He found alot of stuff in the clearance aisle...Hamburger Helper, drink mixes, etc. Nothing wrong with clearance food if it isn't open.

Yeah... they told me to expect to be there for 4 hours. I have a 12:30 appointment, so it's gonna be a long day.

Me too but took about 3 hours. Most was sitting and waiting. You can have coffee after the stress part.

Hi there! We picked up trash along the road of a family wood lot and filled 2 bags covering a 1/4 mile of one side of the road. Times have changed. There was only 1 glass bottle amongst the plastic ones and beer cans. Nobody drinks and drives with bottle beer now.

You are a good soul, Bill. I've been picking up recognizable trash when I am out walking the dog, and if I can fit it in one of those poo bags. Might have to start carrying a real trash bag. Maybe it's all these windy days lately but there is so much crap along the roads, it makes me sad, especially the plastic. The water around here is really pristine, want it to stay that way.

Atta girl, Nancy!
A friend covered backroads for an oil company. He dressed down a coworker for throwing garbage out of the truck with the excuse, "Nobody lives here." My friend picked the guy's trash and jammed it in his mail box. Next day at work, the guy blew up about it, finding trash in his mail box. My friend quietl said something like, "Now you how it feels."
