Good Morning !!!
Along with quite a few of you we will be seeing a lot of the sun today, along with high temps.
It will be a low-key day here at Ringville. I did the food shopping after work yesterday to free up most of the weekend. Will be heading to daughter's to finish painting with a brand new gallon of paint which I hope will cover the mess from Tuesday.
Keep that suntan lotion handy today !

Good morning. At 7:09 AM I was outside watching a crew with chainsaws cutting down a large elm at the house next to
my stepdaughter's. T-shirt, pajama pants, cigar, and a cup of coffee with Jim Beam in it. Watching other people work.
Feeling less affects from the covid, but still social-distancing.

Good morning.
I think a lot of bikers decided to wait until the weekend to show up for Bike Week, I've never seen the traffic as bad as it was yesterday. I'm not going anywhere I can't walk to today and tomorrow.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, and BN!
Sunshine? Sunscreen? Uhhhh, not so much here. E measured 8" last night, and it was still 8" this morning, but it was snowing ALL night. So we had melting from underneath the snow as more was added. GREAT for the ground, as it's a VERY wet snow.
We're off to a graduation party in a few hours. Won't be staying long - love the parents and grandparent and the graduate, but not gonna deal with kids inside!
I think I may be over this thing I have had since Tuesday. Thursday E picked up one of those delightful home poop tests. Since I couldn't drop off the various vials on Friday, it's packaged up and in one of our freezers, till I drop it off for testing on Monday. Just from Tuesday to Thursday, I lost 12 pounds. Gonna try and eat a little something this morning, and hope it stays inside me.

I didn't want to drive to the park because of the Bike Week traffic so I went for a walk around the neighborhood because I can, you know, walk there.

It's only 79 degrees instead of 90 like the last couple of days but the humidity is sky high. I should have grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge before I went out.

Finished the painting project. It was definitely a bad gallon of paint that reeked havoc on the last coat. Made sure I pitched that container!!! We think the store actually never mixed it so my and stirring the paint didn’t help much but it looks nice and that’s all that matters to me for the grandson.
It’s a sunny 85 here at Ringville. On the upper deck in the shade Just had an adult “pain killer”. Yummmmm

Hi All,
Well it seems we have a new government here in Oz. If the truth be told there really isn't a big difference between the new lot and the old lot - same grifters and snake oil salespersons. But I suppose that is politicians all over the planet.
At least the new PM seems like he is a reasonable down-to-earth person unlike the oily pentecostal preacher type the previous PM is.
It's just dawning a cool clear morning here, with a wet week on the way. The vineyards have all turned to shades of red, orange and yellow. Winter is almost here.

Very nice photo!
It was a hot, windy day as we boated miles upriver. Storms are coming, so I showered early in case the power goes out.

My representative in the U.S. House is Tom Rice. He has an opponent in next month's primary election, a guy named Russell Fry. During the 6:00 news I saw a campaign commercial for Fry. At the end of the commercial after the obligatory "I'm Russell Fry and I approve this message" he had one more line - let's go Fry some Rice.
