Her fussing caused some people to not get paid bonus pay, and they'll be yelling at ME!! (I used to do it one way, corporate changed it to another way which I can't do). I gave her plenty of time to get things done (gave her paperwork last Wednesday, and she waited till today to get it done, then the system said she ran out of her assigned number of entries).
