I have seen Cheap Trick, Rod Stewart and George Thorogood (One bourbon, one scotch, one beer) all at Pine Knob near the good Dr. All were 20+ years ago, but I did see them. Cheap Trick back in there day did throw a good party show. Similar to the J. Geils Band

Aloha, peeps.
Gorgeous day here, sunny & breezy. Afternoon calls were cancelled so we took a drive up coast and had some really wonderful Thai food. There are no good Asian food places by us.
Welcome back, Michi.

We are heading out to our favorite place for dinner, which also has many craft beer selections and seating on the water on the Santa Rosa Sound in about an hour. I should warm up and practice with another cold beer.

Good knee news…I didn’t injure it in my ladder fall.
Bad knee news. The arthritis is aggravating the joint so I got another injection. I’m p*** because it’s only been 6 months since the 2nd one and from what:I understand each one lasts a shorter amount Of time. I’m hoping I just aggravated it in the fall……evil:

Are we talking Cortisone shots? When I was having elbow problems back in my racquetball days, the first shot lasted about a year, the second one lasted about 3 months, and the last one didn't do anything at all (except hurt like hell when they injected it.) Did I tell ya that I hate needles, especially big assed ones!
I was scheduled for surgery but when I met with the surgeon's nurse the week before the surgery, she asked me how long I planned on being off work. I said that I assumed it was like when he scoped my knees and I was only out for a long weekend.
She laughed and leaned across the desk towards me and said "you won't be going back to work for weeks. We're gonna cut your elbow open and repair the tendon damage and then sew you up and strap your arm to your body. You're going to hurt like hell." I got home and told Mrs SPH "Kathy (the nurse) scared me.... I'm not gonna have the surgery."
The elbow still bothers me, I can't carry anything heavy with my left arm and actions like sweeping and raking really set it off. Simple fix, I don't rake or sweep anymore.
