Juggling plates at work today - cover the front desk for about 3 hours while she has an appointment, executive staff meeting for 2 hours, and I have lunch being delivered, a new hire that was supposed to start today, is coming in to sign paperwork, which will have her start date delayed.

Other than that, nuttin' going on.

Hi there! A former student walked me through online banking at our branch. It too an hour! I feel both accomplished , old and confused.


At Walmart there was a guy on an electric scooter that was blaring Highway to Hell by ACDC. I found it ironic.

Heard a loud "BANG" last night. Thought someone was shooting at the house. Ran outside to look.
No one there and no damage. Turns out a can of seltzer in my mini fridge had frozen and exploded.
Blew the fridge door open. Ice all over the shelves.

Indeed they do. I've had ONE raise of .43 in four years. Yes, I'm looking... I'm told by my boss a raise has been submitted for the 28th, back dated to August 6th. We'll see.

Nah, Linda and I keep an eye on things for Jim. The three SPAM posts were in the middle of the night, and I got them gone as soon as I could. And no, they were NOT good.
