Good morning BN. I'll never make Paris, but I like Jimmy's affinity for the place.

Good morning Bill and Ken! :)

Love people's pictures from Paris, but I don't have much of a desire to go there.

Weekend was chocked full of stuff to do, that work seems boring today. Boss is still on vacation - left on the 18th, and won't be back till February 2nd. :D

And I got a jury notice this weekend - for February 14th. Happy Valentines Day to me!

Good morning. The rain finally stopped but it's very windy.

I've been to Paris and I had a great time, even though I don't speak French. After I got home I thought it might be nice to go there again sometime. Now that more than 15 years have passed without a return trip, I doubt if I'll ever make it back. But to paraphrase Rick in Casablanca "I'll always have Paris."

I used to be able to say "I know someone" who can help get you deferred or excused. No longer applicable BUT if you need a zoning permit for a shed, an addition, a fence or most anything else inside or outside of your property I can help you with that :).

    Uh, nope.

This notice seems kind of different this time. Generally you call/check website to see if you have to report. This one says call to get reporting time/instructions, and the average trial is 3 days. Ohhh boy. :-?

Afternoon BNers

I have been to Paris Texas. Drove through once. Is that close enough?πŸ₯΄

59 is as warm as it will get. But at least it is sunny.

I have spent over 4 months(over several summers) In Quebec. It wasn't Paris, but I did hear French.

I went for a stroll in the park. Half of the walk was nice. On the way back to my car it wasn't so nice, I was walking into the wind. Then I had to stop at the supermarket on the way home, I had to get milk for tomorrow morning's corn flakes.

I've known a few people over the years who spoke French. Does that count?

Evening, peeps. 8)

Never been to Paris but hope to soon, within the next few years. Post-retirement trip to Europe sounds good to me.
