SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good Morning everyone!
much to our surprise grandson Austin is still sleeping. This kid has so much nervous energy we can't believe his body actually slows down long enough for sleeping! It's painful to watch a movie with him as his sitting max is about 3 minutes. Then he is rolling around on the floor, hopping onto the sofa, body dropping on the ottoman, etc. He is shocked when we say "can't you sit still".....not sure how his school days go (poor teacher).
We will be meeting up with his mom at 10 and then I'm off to a local theater production of the Sound of Music with a few girlfriends. Later this evening our local park starts the Sunday night summer concert series. There are 7 that we picked to try our hardest to get to. Tonight is Jay Unger & Molly Mason:

Good morning, Linda. Our arts council featured Jay and Molly. Kevin will want a violin now.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning.
I missed about the last 5 minutes of the hockey game last night. It was on TNT and it had a 3 hour broadcast window. I DVR'd it and started watching about 45 minutes after the game started so I could fast forward through the commercials and the intermissions. When the 3 hour recording ended, the game wasn't over yet. I switched to TNT live and the game was over, they were doing the postgame show. I checked ESPN's website and I missed Vegas's last goal but at least they won.

Good morning/afternoon!
Tried to sleep in again - my brain thought otherwise.
Made us a big breakfast (sausage, eggs, hash browns, toast). Tonight making chicken/shrimp/lemon/rice, with a fruit salad.
Nuttin else happening other than laundry and dishes. It's another cool/rainy day. Had to turn on lights between 7-9:00 since it was so dark.
That's it from here.

Afternoon BNers
I thought we were going to start to float during the night. It hasn't rained that hard for that long in awhile. It finally slowed down and as I was drifting off about 4 am, there was a huge clap of thunder and I about jumped outta my skin.
Astros play an early 1 pm game with the Angels today. They managed to hang on and won last night.

Well crap. Mother Nature won in New Hampshire this weekend. They just postponed the race until tomorrow because of constant rain. Hope for better weather Mon.
On to baseball.

I was driving to the park and I passed an old Chevy on the road. A really old Chevy, with tailfins. Those things go back to the late 1950s-early 1960s. And there was a pair of fuzzy dice hanging from the rearview mirror.

The weather up here is just dreary, grey, cold, and pouring. Every day until Friday, say the weather peeps.springparrot wrote: ↑June 4, 2023 1:37 pm Well crap. Hi there! My email password got screwed up, so I drove an hour to Best Buy for a fix. After mowing I worked on Amo's shirt. I have over seven hours and more to do.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
