Wow, fall is sure falling! We had just had a storm blow through with wind and thunder and lightning and rain like I haven't seen in gawd only knows how long. We very seldom have thunder and lightning. We've had more rain in the last 3 days than we'd had in the previous 4 months.
I was driving past the area where the Alaskan Cruise ships come in and saw about 20 folks dragging their suitcases down the sidewalk and they were getting absolutely drenched.... I'm sure they were saying something about the #%!!%@&# Seattle rain.

Well crap.
I was talking to Larry sitting on the bed
He moved and I laid down. Great. No problem. Then I tried to get up. Nope. The more I moved, the more it hurt. I laid there way over an hour and couldn't get up. I finally ask Ryan to get my drugs. I took them and laid there awhile longer. Every time Larry tried to help me, it hurt more. Finally Ryan suggested using the bedspread to help me roll over. IT WORKED little at a time.
I finally got on my feet. My back is spazming and I am on the couch with the heating pad. Ugh. I hate this.

I did wash the bed linens and remake the bed. So I have that going for me which is nice.
I feel your pain Tammy. We had to do this when our son Brandon (now 35, father of 1, father of another on the way, fulltime supervisor at a local logistics company and a Staff Sargent in the Army National Guard -- who'da thunk????) was giving us problems between 16-18. I know your daughter is older and doesn't live with you so hopefully it will be easier (is that even possible when are kids are involved). Feel free to give me a call if you want to vent
