Parrotfest SATURDAY@ the MSC
Good morning BN. It's party all day at Ringville. Linda and Kevin do a great job as hosts. I look forward to photos.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill and BN!
It was fun to surprise so many people last night! We had a great dinner out with so many BN'ers. FINALLY meeting Linda and Kevin!
E and I are going to visit Gettysburg today, before the party tonight.

Good morning Bill and Penny.
The Hurricanes had a game last night but when I turned on the local cable sports channel that televises their games, the Atlanta Braves game was on. There's a second sports channel so I tried that but they were showing the Charlotte Hornets basketball game. The Hurricanes won but I didn't get to see the game.
I checked the Pelicans website this morning to see how they did in their first game of the season. They lost 10-3 and they struck out 19 times. About the only thing they had going for them was their pitchers struck out 17 batters. I'm glad I didn't go to opening day for the first time since 2016.

I was supposed to be there but with my Las Vegas trip a week from tomorrow and another trip I have planned 2 1/2 weeks after I get back from Vegas, I thought it might be a good idea to hide my wallet and credit cards. Have fun Parrotfesters.SMLCHNG wrote: ↑April 6, 2024 7:50 am Good morning Bill and BN!

Re: Parrotfest SATURDAY@ the MSC
Good afternoon, BN.
I don't know what to say, honestly. I 'knew' what was going to happen when this season started. I just didn't think it was going to be this bad.
Me and the brother in law put our predictions into a 'lineup' on Christmas night. It turned out worse than anything we could have predicted. The freshman are... they ain't even fruitcakes. It's ugly. The "head coach" put "his" team on the junior varsity and they are terrible.
I, me, myself, as a camera man, as a photographer, as a guy getting the picture, getting all of the pictures, know this team inside and out. I know how bad, everything is.
It's a meme that I sent to my sister and brother in law, I know it's bad right now, it's only going to get worse. The two guys that are only worth a damn in the district are stuck on JV and they damn sure aren't going to move up.
We all know, all the BN'ers that have been following all of my pics, know that Bub is an exceptional catcher. He will be lucky to be the backup JV catcher next year.
I remember waking up at 4 am on Labor Day, seeing the headline, not believing it.
I don't know what I can do. I ain't never had a moment in my life of giving up. I just don't know what to do next.
