Cool Monday @ The MSC

Post by LIPH »

Good morning. It was in the 60s when I woke up this morning and it's still only 72 degrees.

I had an appointment to donate platelets yesterday morning. When I was driving there, there was a Tesla in front of me. The license plate was TESSY. On the way home there was another Tesla in front of me. The license plate on that one was TEZZZLA. My favorite Tesla license plate is still NOFNGAS.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Good morning, Larry and BN!

It's already up to 77 here.

We have found that some of the worst drivers in CO are those who drive Tessla's. Second are those who drive BMW's.

Busy work day, but better than Friday.

Keep good thoughts, if you all can. E's father is in the hospital. Yesterday he was speaking gibberish. Yesterday his BP was 201/142 and heart rate of 59. So far no signs of a stroke, but there's some kidney damage. :(

Good afternoon from the Myrtle Beach State Park beach. The tide is really rough and no one is to be in the water.
The sun is hot but the wind is making it really nice.
We washed the back wall of the house today. 2 more to go but they will be easier as they get more sun that stops the mildew stuff from growing.

I still have painting of the foyer chest drawers and I hope to do that later today so they can be put back tomorrow. Or we may get home and decide we’ll just sit in the Carolina room the rest of the day. 🤣.

My biggest problem with Teslas is when I am walking... those things are too creepily quiet and always startle me! As to the BMW... there is a reason for that joke comparing them to cacti.

Will do Penny... that BP is stroke-level high :o so I am glad that, so far, he has not had one. Hope the doctors can get it down before he does! The gibberish is concerning though... :(

Sad news about E's dad, Penny.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Thanks all, of you. [smilie=hearts.gif] E's off to OK tomorrow for a couple of days to see how he's doing in person. Still testing and all that stuff.
