I would ask him what his plans are for when he retires. And I would ask him when he is going to retire.

When are you going to play in Las Vegas again? And by the way, what type of car do you drive?

I would discuss song selection, and encourage him to give us some more Buffett Beach music. Songs about the good life, the Ocean, tropical breezes, the things lots of his fans really want to buy and hear. I would say make your Phlock happy and give us a new updated full length DVD of his favorite concert songs and places. We need it and it would be good for the Soul.

Can I buy you a beer?
Hey, wandering, you were supposed to ask a question, not tell him what to do.

As I was reading this thread, I was thinking to myself, "Haven't I seen this somewhere before?" If anyone else is thinking the same thing, check out the date of the original post.

This is a great topic. I can't think of anything I'd ask him. Rather, I would thank him for bringing so much joy to my life on so many occassions.

my husband and I got engaged at the Margaritaville in Key West, so I would ask him if he could allow us to close off the place for a night and have an anniversary party there and if he would perform for us!

oh yeah, and also, when he's sick of his seaplane and wants to buy a replacement, I'd be happy to take it off his hands! :)

I'd ask him why he changed his tour schedule and cut some places out completely and why he cut some back to one when they were the places that helped him get his start LIKE ATLANTA.
