At Jimmy Buffett on June 27, alcohol flowed freely, but the crowd was calm. Some people brought their children. Ryan Mascio, 19, said Buffett fans tried to avoid trouble. "They didn't come to be difficult," the East Norriton resident said as he partied in the parking lot with a group that included his friend's mother. "I think a lot of the problems have to do with the type of crowds that come to certain kinds of shows."
