One planned already is at Dick's Last Resort, in the Gaslamp district of downtown San Diego...Koko Loco will be playing at this event....This band recently played at Migration 2002 along with Amy Lee, Doyle Grisham and Tina Gullickson...If you've had the fortune of hearing them play, you know this will be a great party...

Only 53 more days til JBs in San Diego...Then up the coast for 2 more shows in Irvine Meadows...3 shows in 8 days...I'll be there for all 3 shows...takin' the week off from work to vacation in "Margaritaville"...1

The San Diego Parrot Head Club will be tailgating in San Diego..If you are at this tailgate party, look for the "Welcome to Margaritaville" billboard in the parking lot...We'll also setup our "Lost Shaker Lounge" tiki hut and bar....

I'm countin' the days also. I'll be at the San Diego show and Saturday in Irvine. My third was in Vegas a while ago. I can't wait. I'll stop by and say hi. It's getting closer!!

I took a look at your migration pix...Love the ones with you and the Coral Reefers...I posted one of Cori and I on the club's website...If you have time and want to post more of the migration pix on the club's website, that would be great....

Sunday night at the Galley in chula vista....Gary Seiler with Jerry Gontang and Tony Irvine....you should try and make this musical extravaganza...last time these guys played along the marina there, it was a very good time....!

Dick's will be great and the tailgate party is shaping up.....

Hello Phans of Jimmy in San Diego.

Looking forward to the Dick's get together, I just joined the SDPHC, yet after 100 shows to date (6 this year so far, last show Chicago), it will be great to meet more local phans through the club. I have my boat at the Marriott next to Dick's, and live in a high rise two blocks from Dick's in case anyone wants to cruise the bay or see the bay from "a higher point of view"

glad to see you joined the club....there is a club happy hour this Wednesday...would be a good chance to meet some fellow parrot heads...

I was just at the marina there at the Mariott downtown last Thursday..I'm looking for a liveaboard and I looked at two boats...had a margarita and a lobster quesadilla for dinner at Buster's Beach House...

It is important for riff raff floatsam like me to meet anyone with the title of Mayor! I will look you up at the next event!

I work in LA, but live in SD, and come home wednesday nights. I will scoot over to Pt. Loma for the happy hour, hopefully someone will be around at 7:30....the earliest I get down here.

Goodluck with the boat search, I keep "Lahaina" full time at the Coro Cays YC, and bring it to the Marriott on the weekends so I can stumble from the condo to the boat. I have my name in for a permament slip......

Looking forward to some serious tailgating for the Irvine and SD shows!

SEPTEMBER 28 JIMMY BUFFETT PARKING LOT PARTY.

As in the years past we will have a blow out parking lot party featuring a Tiki Hut, a BBQ featuring Fish, Chicken or Cheeseburgers catered by the owners of Old Town Mexican Café, and of course Jimmy Buffett music.

The festivities will kick off in early afternoon. The location will be in the same general area as last year, center parking lot in front of the Water Park. Anyone wishing to caravan down may meet in the Park
and Ride at I-805 and Sweetwater road (Park and Ride is just east of the
freeway).

I would like all of you to remember a few things about the parking lot. Technically you are not supposed to have alcohol in the parking lot. The Chula Vista Police have been very good to us in the past and
this has been based on our ability to maintain and control our crowd.
Please everyone...do your part.
