JB mentioned extra security tonight - when he played Mpls. a month or so after 9/11 it took us forever to get into the arena - each person was carefullly patted down - wonder if it's something like that tonight?
Same at the Garden in NYC on 11/19/01 re: security

HOT, HOT, HOT!!!
Its about 20 degrees and the Flyeres are on ...maybe they'll score before winter isover

I havnt been to more than one shows, but I dont think scurity at 11-14-01 was to bad. There were about 5 scurity people by each door and would ask everyone if they had cameras, ect. And somtimes looked in purses hats ect.

Actually i was fine. On the thursday show, i was getting free beer from people who wanted some , well i cant really say that.

Saturday show, um actually i was way to drunk to even know how cold it was. Then my neighbor and friend who came with me to the show, i let them drive. (yes i hate woman drivers now but please read on) Well her one friend got really smashed and took my neighbors keys, threw her in the car and left before the show was over. Stranding me and my cousin. We had to walk from the top of the lawn all the way down oak park ave, all the way down harlem ave to the Gas City for a ride home. And what ticked me off even more, my KEYS and PHONE were in the car. Had to go bang on their door at 2am to wake them up. Lets just say she is never allowed to join us for a show ever again. Let alone drink with us. And she was the one i took in 2000 for her 40th bday to the concert and a day of drinking from Noon to 5am

vanilla coke is great, diet not quite the same with rum. The rum has enough calories, might as wel have real coke
