Las Vegas Show in April

From Dean: I just learned yesterday that Jimmy will be at the MGM on Saturday, April 26th....tickets will go on sale mid February. Hope to see you all here for the show!

(Note: this show has not yet been confirmed by MGM, Ticketmaster, or Margaritaville.com)

if I had to guess I'd of said it'd be memorial day weekend again, but if nothing else this may actually keep prices down a little...heres to hoping its true...only one show this year..? more details!!!

I have heard this date from two different sources....one at the MGM and also from the promoter (HOB Concerts). This date is solid unless Jimmy stubs a toe and postpones all touring, etc. I'm also speculating that he'll be back here for another show later in the year coinciding with Margaritaville's opening, but the show on April 26th is a go.

So...you know you are a hopelessly addicted parrothead when you talk to a fellow parrothead three thousand miles away about an upcoming show that you will both be at, they mention in passing that a maybe Vegas date has been announced, you go to good old Buffettnews to check out what's up, find out it is right in the middle of an annual work conference you have had scheduled for over two months, and immediately start calculating ways to get out of an all expense paid week in San Diego, to spend probably no less than $2K of your own money to see JB one night in Sin City, which you know from experience will take at least three nights at the MGM minimum, plus countless $13 margaritas at Ricardo's, plus all those $7 Corona's at the pre-show that you can only buy with those stupid tickets...you guy's know the drill, BRING ON BUFFETT IN VEGAS IN APRIL!!!...I will find a way to be there.

See above. The pre-concert party at the MGM is killer... live bands, carnival stuff, food and plenty o margaritas & beer. I know there are parties at some of the hotels around the pools also...

Also...you'll want to be at Tommy Rockers on Friday nite.....Tommy's is home to the LVPHC and will be hosting a pre-party the nite before. Don't miss it!
