Here's the Houston scoop - first person in line got LAWN - no reserved available at all....at 10:01 AM

Interesting how all these people can list tickets on EBAY before THEY EVEN GO ON SALE...

I wonder if the collusion between Ticketmaster and brokers can be considered (legally) fraudulent?

Just needed to rant.

It probably comes down to how many tickets you're asking for. The guy working at my TM outlet said that if you ask for the maximum number of tickets the system looks for six tickets together. When it doesn't find that it pops out to the lawn. I guess the only way around that would be to have several people buying two or three tickets each and deal with not sitting all together.

At 10:08 I had 6 pavillion tickets I had to dump, because I made a mistake when placing the order. I needed lawn, and this was my first time to buy tickets on line. Some of those tickmaster outlets just s***.

I selected "best avaiable" at about 10:03 for 4 tickets and got lawn. in fact, the selection for seat preference only had best available. No ability to distinguish between pavillion and lawn.

I will say that I liked the feature on TM where required to enter the word displayed manually - prevents automated programs from running orders at the highest possible speed....

At first, I too could only pull up lawn seats.....until 10:20, suddenly tons of uncovered reserved seats were available. It appears that TM doesn't release all the tickets right at 10:00. What's up with that?

And I still think TM and the Brokers have some kind of alliance.
