i plan on smoking them Monday & warming them up on small grill at concert. maybe when all (or at least most pholks) show up with side items . . . i've got several pholks from work coming at various times . . .

What do you roll them in??? What kind of papers do you use.

Silly PH4! No paper! Hickory wood! You roll them in secret recipe rib rub (Memphis style),then let them marinate at least 12 hours (24 is better) then slowly smoke them over hickory wood . . .

This brings about a major problem. I can't eat both ~ must make a decision. Dadgum I hate to make decisions. OR I just won't drink as much...

I've been training for alcohol consumption since KW. Worked real hard at it. Massive food intake has not been part of my training.
