What do you roll them in??? What kind of papers do you use.

Silly PH4! No paper! Hickory wood! You roll them in secret recipe rib rub (Memphis style),then let them marinate at least 12 hours (24 is better) then slowly smoke them over hickory wood . . .

This brings about a major problem. I can't eat both ~ must make a decision. Dadgum I hate to make decisions. OR I just won't drink as much...

OH NO NOT DRINK AS MUCH WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?????????? :o :o

I've been training for alcohol consumption since KW. Worked real hard at it. Massive food intake has not been part of my training.

Basically I'm afraid of fribbling.

not if I gorge myself on ribs and gumbo. Even thou I'm a big girl I really don't like to eat that much.
