Hi, Ive been a big fan of BN for a while but never posted till recently. I've been a parrothead for about 13 years now seeing him every year in Mansfield Ma. I've also seen him at Madison Square Garden twice and saw his show in San Diego this past year. I love it.

For the past 6 years we've hired a DJ to play in the Mansfield Parking lot from Noon till 7:00 and we designed and built the Margarittaville Topless Bar.

2 generators help keep the DJ powered, the bar lit and the 4 blenders going all afternoon. As you enter GW we are always in the lot to the right, close to the limos. Just listen for the tunes and look for the Topless Bar sign.!!!

OK, I'm not really a newbie either. I have been around for a while, but I only visit every once in a while.
I spend most of my time on CoB,O but felt that the concert season is kicking in I should diversify and get to meet some new people that I hope to congregate with at the Camden show!

There are a couple people from here that I know well and I hear that it is a good place full of good people!

I read much more than I post, just because I can't keep up between work and the family. I do try!

I feel like I know lotsa people round these parts, even though I've never met any of 'em... but someday I will!

Hi Parrotheads!

I am new to this board (registered yesterday). I was introduced to this board by my favorite BrownEyedGirl! Actually, she re-introduced me to Jimmy. As I said on another thread, I've listened to Jimmy since sometime in 1974 (on vinyl albums, no less....remember those?).

From what I've seen, you are a great bunch of people. I have limited computer access, so I may not be a very prolific poster, but I will look in and post as I get the chance.

Whats up fellow parrotheads! I love this place, ever since I discovered it, I've been addicted as most of you are. Can't wait to meet up with some phans in Vegas, it'll be my 2nd Buffett show. Just became a ph myself last summer, right before the San Diego show. I know Vegas will be 10 times better, me and 5 of my buddies are gonna paint the town red. We're stayin' at San Remo, and hope to be partying at Key Largo and every other place that's jumpin'! I'll be the one in the Wyland shirt

I've been reading the posts here for the last year or so, and finally decided to join in. This year will mark 10 years of seeing Jimmy (at Greatwoods - Mansfield, MA). It will also be my second straight year seeing him in Vegas.

I started watching this site initially to find out where the parties were going to be in Vegas last year. Now I'm looking forward to this years festivities.

Hey TMHB been to your bar a few times We are always in the camper lot with an ice luge, lluckily we hooked up with Merrimack Valley Distributors for the thurs rain show. Were you under that tarp?
We'll see you there this year for both, in the all new and improved finabago

Not real new either. Do a lot more reading then posting. Have been to 23 concerts and going to 6 more this summer - can't wait. Hey TMHB - I've been to GREAT WOODS the last 2 years and saw your set-up. Really cool. Hope everyone enjoys their concerts this year.

new today. first post. Saw Jimmy in Vegas last May at MGM. Birthday present from my better phin. As ususal...show was awsome. Neat to see the other parrotheads all dressed up wondering around town. Anyway, just wanted to say hi. Anyone know anything about phlockings/parrothead hangouts in Tucson?

Yes that was us under the tarp last year. We were actually over one lot from where we usually set up. I believe we had 7 or 8 tarps. It was a tent city. Boy, did it rain!

Hi! This is cool. I have learned a lot of Buffett News in a short time. I haven't been to a Jimmy Buffet concert yet, But I sure like his music. It seems like a lot of people here have been following him around for a long time. I can't wait to see what it's like.

Okay I'm kinda new ,been reading a long time and just started posting.
Anyword on a Phlocking for Denver? going to miss Vegas,got shut out on
tickets so Denver becomes next best. Our last show was St. Pat's day
in San Jose two years ago, great show for some reason WAY better
than the Oakland show just nights before. BTW is the young lady that
was on Temptation Island still Dancing with Jimmy? In Oakland
Club Trini was on the concourse playing and She had me dance with
her for a song or two ( Or a lifetime She is a DOLL) and it was not
untill two nights later I found out she had played on T.I. Just wondering
Hope to see at least some of this Phlock in Denver and if anyone
hears of a phlocking or if the tailgate scene is going to be in full
swing let me know. Please.
BTW. The road parrot sister and I want to Go East next summer
Where are the Better venues?
Chi town? Boston? never been east of Montana so we are looking for
a new adventure like we hope to have in Denver, see a show or two
and check out a town/place we have never been.. Thanks
