[/b]Hi all, I look at how many posts some of the vets have and I think it will be a while before I have a bank of bad habits. But I love reading BN. I've been a Phan for many years. My parents turned me on to Jimmy. We have had a place in the keys since I was born. Back when it was really the Keys. Grew up there 3 months out of every year. I'm told I saw Jimmy when I was too young to realize it. My Dad actually hung out with him. I'm 32 now and have seen Jimmy many times. Can't wait for Vegas. Leaving for the Keys in 2 weeks. Come home right before the concert. Have to get the Islands back in my blood before the show!

Greetings Phellow Phans. I have been hanging around this place for a couple of years getting my daily dose of news. Thought it was about time to do a semi-true introduction. I have been a fan for 25-plus years and have been fortunate enough to have seen JB all around the state of Florida and also the southeast. I live and play on the central east coast of Florida and enjoy fishing, surfing, sailing and anything to do with the water activities. I love this site and look forward to one day hooking up with some of you at a concert or elsewhere….Sea ya…

Hello, I'm brand spankin' new here. I've checked the setlists and skimmed around this site for about a year now, but this is my first time posting on the board. I'm a 22 year old (soon to be 23) male from the southcentral PA region. Only been a Jimmy fan for about 2 years now as my father got me hooked. I've still not gotten to see a live show yet, and ticketmaster sure didn't help today :x . My name is Tom by the way.

hello all

I'm staying at the San Remo too so I'll be looking for you in that Wyland shirt. Fight On!

Oh, and a special Hi To the Last Mike Standing. :D
USC is gonna be nat'l champs next year for sure! Lookin' forward to meetin' ya BEG! I think LV will be a weekend to remember. My 1st time since my 21st, so don't be suprised if a few casinos on the strip close down after I'm through with 'em
Nat'l champs sounds great...we're sure gonna miss Carson though.
I look forward to meeting you too...and watching those casinos close.

BTW, several of us are trying to get rooms near each other at the San Remo in the Gold Tower. Jeepgirl was working on it for us. :)

Sorry... but I have to remind you about the Buckeyes! :D

Buckeyes schmuckeyes! How much will it cost to pay off the officials again next year? Pete Carroll is a recruiting master, and USC will be in a BCS bowl for the next 4 or 5 years straight. They've recruited the #2 TB in the country in Reggie Bush, so we won't need Carson to win our games. Their schedule looks pretty easy this year as well, 'cept for the one in South Bend. Should be a walk in the park hopefully!

I reserved my room with TropoTravel a couple of weeks ago, but maybe they haven't booked me a particular room # yet. What floor or numbers are close to everyone else?

hi gang / phlock,
I've been a member for many a moon.. i forgot my Nics when i moved and changed providers.. ( probably tied one on when i signed in too) lol..
My folks retired to West Palm Bch. Fla..in 1969 ,, i was 4 then..I first saw
Bubba in '77 as well as met him and have been going ever since,, i moved back and forth between
Palm Beach and Maryland in the 80's then back to West Palm in the late 90's it wasn't the same, trust me those who lived there in the 70's know what i mean,, MANANA' doesn't exist in South Florida anymore... :( as tears come to my eyes...We have been members to several PH clubs mainly Palm Beaches and Maryland now Derby P-heads of Kentucky. I started several Karate schools and have been training in the arts for 20 plus years,, a lot of my fellow workout partners lived in KY we moved here last year, it has that "old" Florida feel but we don't have a beach... great for the wife's horse business, good schools for the kids, great place to start a business and we still go to the beach and islands it just take a little longer to get there.. . glad to be back on board... peace, james and family

I have been coming to this board for about a year and just registered about 15 minutes ago. I am originally from Cold & Snowy Upstate New York and for the past year and a half I have lived in Arlington, VA. Since Jimmy doesn't come up near us in Syracuse, and I spent summers trying to make money for college, I never made it to a show. Upon moving down here, I was overly thrilled to find out he comes every year. Last year was my first show after about enough years of waiting and it of
course exceded my expectations.

While I am going back to Nissan this year, I wish I was going to Vegas. Not only is it Vegas, but it is my b'day. I would have attempted to go, but am getting married 3 weeks after Nissan (I would prefer to get married at Nissan, but my fiance doesn't quite agree) and we agreed we wouldn't go to Vegas till the fall and our wedding money came in. Next year I guess.

Hope to see you all at Nissan and around bn.

Been reading the posts for a few months, but long-time Buffett phan. Just got tickets Saturday for the Indy show after getting shut out last year. We had a killer party and tuned in on RM last year, but just wasn't the same as being there. Can't wait to party with my fellow Parrotheads.
Till then, Phins up!!!
