does anyone know how to check the status of your TM order? Our seats were given as FEC10 18-25 Is that section ten row c?

We are in Section 4 and our conf. number does not have 4 in it anywhere. I went to ticketmaster and "check order status". Plugged in phone #, credit card and State and our order came up with our seat info.

What venue? My TM Confirmation email had the seat info in it. Did you get a confirmation email?
